Help and advice please

   Good Day Everyone,

I need some help urgently. I am a qualified commercial pilot a Financial / Operations Manager. I currently still live in RSA. I am looking to emigrate to Canada and have started the process to obtain my PR Visa through an immigration agency. However, I can not find a proper job in RSA and I want to leave here asap and get a work visa to start working and living there whilst my PR Visa application is in process, which will take 9 - 12 months. 

I have applied for many positions in Canada online and as for now, no luck yet. I need a job offer from a Canadian employer to apply for the work visa. My plans are now, to go to Toronto in March on a Tourist Visa and stay there for 3 months to look for work. 

Will it be possible to apply for a work visa from inside Canada or will I need to come back to RSA once I've found a position and the apply?

I will really appreciate any advice or help at this stage.

	I did the same thing 6 years ago to come here and find a job. It is a pain to find a job if you not canadian. I started out working on a pig farm until I got my PR so it was not easy. I wish you luck and if you can try Alberta for jobs. Here in Ontario it is not easy to find exactly what you want and jobs are difficult to come by. I am currently back in school to have a better opportunity to get a job. PS Bring your winter coat for March weather -

	Thanks for the reply and the kind advice. I know it will be an uphill battle, but I think it's well worth it. I will defitely pack the winter coat!!! See you guys next week in Canada!
