Greetings everyone.
![]() I came across this forum last night...some pretty interesting information here. I'd like to ask a question: I'm interested in immigrating to Canada as a skilled worker. I'm 35 years old, single, no kids. The thing is, I have no degree level education. I was never able to afford it...long story. I have varied, and what I believe to be pretty useful work experience. I've worked for 10 years in the investment industry in administration, training and project management. I've served as an ordained christian minister for 4 years in the USA. I'm also a published, freelance writer. I've done a diploma course in Radio Broadcasting as well as Computer Hardware. So...does immigration to Canada absolutely require a degree level education, or can someone tell me if I'd have a shot? I'd appreciate any input or insight you'd care to share. Thanks. Grant |

Yes Canada and the Provincial programs generally require a University diploma , or a college degree ( based on the point system) . There are some exeptions but not in your case. The Only program available without diplomas required, without age limits and without language proficienty is the Immigrant Investor Program.
To be accepted you must have a minimum of 2 years of Management Experience and a Net Worth of 800,000$ CAD . This is not for everyone , but it is the easiest way into Canada , or any other desirable country this said.
Should you have more questions, I am the Director if one of the leading firms in Business Immigration to Canada services . We also offer a 100% Free application service under the Immigrant Investor Program .

Thank you for your response Max. I have completed the skilled worker assessment test a few times and have always scored enough points. So, considering that, is the completed degree still crucial, or does scoring adequate points open doors for me? Thanks.

I dont see how you can score enough points without a proper diploma as the system is made that way . In addition , being single does not give points for your spouse.
You should take the test in our Skilled worker website at http://www.skilledworkersimmigrationcanada.com to really know if you qualify.
We verify the score and ask for additional information.
Our Exclusive and personal Immigration service cost 7,000$ CAD but ensures a full and personnalized service compared to any service available but cheaper in South Africa . South African immigration firms have a very bad reputation with Canadian Immigration as they take many clients that do not qualify or simply send the applications to the wrong adress and client have to wait years for nothing.
VIP Business Immigration is located in Canada and send all mail by Registered service with letter of confirmation.
IF planning for the future , it is not time to save money but ratter make a good investment.
