urban and land use planner opportunities

Hi all
i hold a masters in city and regional planning from UCT. What are  my chances of getting a jobs in Canada . Are they any dedicated web site with government jobs ? does the local municipality employ foreigners ? My experience here at home is that , we hardly employ foreigners in our local council. please an advice will be appreciated. i have over 8 years working experience. thanks in advance
